Beau Greaves to Compete in 2025/26 PDC World Darts Championship After Upset Win

Rising star Beau Greaves has officially confirmed her participation in the 2025/26 PDC World Darts Championship after her stunning victory over reigning champion Luke Littler in the World Youth Championship.

Greaves’ win over Littler secured her a spot in the Youth Championship final, making her the first woman ever to reach that stage.
Additionally, she earned a PDC Tour card for both 2026 and 2027 by finishing second on the Development Tour — she’s only the second woman ever to do so on merit.

The upcoming World Darts Championship will take place from December 11 to January 3 at Alexandra Palace, London.
Organizers and fans alike view her inclusion as a landmark moment for gender representation in darts.

Why this matters:

  • Her breakthrough win over one of the sport’s brightest talents (Littler) underlines her growing competitiveness.
  • Securing a Tour card on merit shows she’s not just a novelty — she’s earned her place among the elite.
  • Her participation may inspire broader interest in darts among female players and fans
